Spa Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of consideration for our guests and team members, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. After 2 cancellations/reschedules within the 24-hour period, a late cancellation fee of 1/2 the full price of the appointment will be charged and a deposit will be required for any future appointments booked. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance for your convenience.

 

We greatly appreciate our guests’ understanding of our policies; please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments. We assure you that every effort will be made on our part to offer quality and timely services to our guests.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to our late cancellation policy. If Southeastern Wisconsin is under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule or we may reschedule the service at no charge. Safety for our guests and stylists is most important.

RE-DO POLICY

We understand that sometimes services don’t always meet expectations; if this occurs, please call us within 7 days of your appointment.

SALON PRICING

At Healing Grounds Center, all of our stylists are independent, and prices may vary due to the preferred stylist, hair length/density, multiple colors, and condition of hair.
 

SALON & SPA CANCELLATION POLICY DUE  TO ILLNESS

Out of consideration for our guests if one of our team members falls ill on the day of the client's appointment the client will be notified with a phone call.  The appointment will be rescheduled for a later day and we will also place a complimentary sauna session on your account.
