Christ Centered Yoga is a prayerful vinyasa-style yoga practice that blends gentle stretching and breath with Scripture, worship, and reflection on Christ—inviting the body to move, the soul to rest, and the heart to pause in God’s presence.
All abilities are welcome to this foundation building class offering space to pause, consider and reflect.

​This workshop + 3-week series will teach you the fundamentals, what to expect in our classes, and give an overview of our membership program! Dress for movement as you will be actively practicing as well! It will also count as your INTRO STUDIO SESSION which means you're then eligible to take Pilates classes. Attendees will also receive special discounts for memberships!
*Your $85 payment covers the workshop on Weds, 2/25 + the 3-week series (3/4, 3/11, and 3/18/26). This is a $140 value. You must attend the workshop in order to attend the series. No refunds are available if you aren't able to attend one of the classes in the series. You will need to sign up for the workshop and each individual class
