Fall Intro to Meditation Series

Join us every Tuesday from  October 15th -November 19th at 7 pm.
Join our Health Coach, Marisa, in an introductory meditation class series!
Learn about meditation and its benefits to your physical and emotional health. Clear misconceptions and learn easy mindfulness and meditation exercises to practice at home for better focus, managing stress and anxiety, improving mood and feeling more peaceful, lower blood pressure, and strengthening your overall health.


We will explain meditation and mindfulness theory and fundamentals, as well as practice exercises in each class. Handouts included.

Pilates for Midlife

Join us every Thursday from Oct 24th - Nov 14th  at 6 pm. 

Open to all levels of Pilates including beginners! In this 4 week series, learn to safely and efficiently build strength and mobility and be part of a community of women with a shared experience of this time of life! The focus of this program is to help you understand how to care for your unique body and guide you toward improved balance, strength, flexibility, and vitality.

The first session counts as an Intro Studio Session and must be taken to participate in three three-week series. The first class will be 1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins as we go through foundations. The rest of the sessions will be 55 mins- 1 hour.

Stress relief workshop for veterans or military families

Join us November 16th at 1pm. 

Sharing space and time with those that understand the stress and worries of loved ones in the military or who are veterans. A short series of yoga flows, meditation with healing words, mini-spa treatment (hands or face), tea and discussion.
