This class is open to new and existing clients! Join us for the perfect fall morning! Our instructor will lead your Pilates session followed by relaxing professional grade Glo face masks applied by one of our estheticians while you enjoy homemade Chai Lattes from our cafe. $35 per person.

Welcome all teachers (and non-teachers) to this Pilates Equipment class!
This dynamic class uses the Pilates Tower (also known as the Trapeze Table) to support, challenge, and enhance your practice. With the help of springs, bars, and straps, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and refine alignment through both assisted and resistance-based movements. The equipment offers deep support as well as advanced challenges, making the class adaptable for a wide range of bodies and experience levels
