Beginners Basics Pilates for Strong Hips + Core Workshop + 3-Week Series
Your hips, core, and pelvic floor work together to support nearly every movement you make. When these muscles are strong and coordinated, you can improve balance, reduce aches and pains, move more efficiently, and feel more confident in your body.
In this 4-week Pilates series, you'll learn exercises designed to strengthen the hips, activate the deep core, improve pelvic floor awareness, and build stability for everyday life. Each class includes gentle mobility work, targeted strengthening exercises, and practical movement strategies you can use both in and out of class. Perfect for beginners!

1.5 hour session; counts as INTRO Studio Session - You must also sign up for the workshop + each class after purchase
This 4-class series is designed specifically for new Pilates students who have not yet completed an Intro Studio Session. The first class is 1.5 hours and serves as your official Intro Studio Session (regularly $60). The following three classes are 55 minutes each.

Completion of the 1.5-hour INTRO class is required before joining any additional studio or BALANCE member classes.
