OUTDOOR CLASSES
Outdoor classes, we have two beautiful locations set up — The Lawn next to our studio, and The Pond across the street from us. You will see the outdoor class locations noted on the schedule as either "Pond" or "Lawn."

THE LAWN
Located on the lawn west of the studio.

THE POND
Located on the north side of highway 50 directly across from the studio. Look for the outdoor banner by the gravel driveway north of the studio and highway 50. Follow the long gravel driveway straight back until you see the pond and bright green paddleboards. The pond will be on your left side. Please park along the side of the gravel driveway.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
We are still offering select virtual classes for those who prefer to work out from home.
These classes are listed as "Virtual" on the schedule. — Please be sure to enroll in the virtual version of the class if you do not wish to participate in person.

ACCESSING YOUR VIRTUAL CLASS
Follow these easy steps to join:

Simply sign up for a virtual class just as you would a physical class on our Healing Grounds app.

Download Zoom (A FREE APP) onto your tablet, smartphone or laptop.

We send a link to you for your Zoom Class with a password 2 hours before the class.
